A good worker.
"Having worked in hospitality for close to two decades, I’ve noticed there is a lack of expertise in getting the basics right and doing a job well. I never understood it, since ours is a “people business”, and these are important to people. This is why I’ve made them the foundation of The Good Works Company – we don’t pretend to try to do anything else."
I first entered the food and beverage industry in 2001, working as a waiter in Que Pasa. Its fast-paced, dynamic spirit hooked me from day one. I knew I had found my calling, and I felt I was lucky to have identified it so early on – I was only 22 then.
My career took me from Singapore to Dubai and Shanghai, where I’ve done everything from bus tables, to mix cocktails and oversee the opening of new restaurants and bars. I was most recently the General Manager at Loof and Overeasy in Singapore for the Lo & Behold Group from 2011 to 2014.
In 2012, I finally fulfilled a promise I made to my parents to take over their business. Although cleaning services are not directly part of the F&B industry, they are a supporting (and important) function. I ran it on the side, while holding a full-time job at the Lo & Behold Group. Then in 2014, I decided I should turn my full attention to The Good Works Company.

Upon them, we layer the bells and whistles so that at the end of the day, our clients are always happy with our services. I am proud to say that many of them have been with us since the start.
I believe I’ve got the formula right, so if you are looking for a hospitality concierge to solve your problems for you, feel free to reach out to me. I am just a phone call away.
